In compliance with the ICT Equipment Standards & Request Policy 2026, we respectfully seek your administrative approval and endorsement for the procurement and/or issuance of ICT equipment to support the operational requirements of Local Economic Development and Investment Promotion Office.

My old laptop (Asus ROG with defective audio jack/sound card) will be given to the newly transferred JO in LEDIPO. This will be used for editing video and other marketing/promotional materials.

I will be using this new laptop, smaller and lighter than my previous one, to be able to easily bring in any meetings/ conferences outside the office, but can still perform final touches/ edit on the marketing/ promotional materials (video/graphics).
