In compliance with the ICT Equipment Standards & Request Policy 2026, we respectfully seek your administrative approval and endorsement for the procurement and/or issuance of ICT equipment to support the operational requirements of Public Employment Services Office.

2. Justification / Purpose of Request

• Barangay Public Employment Service Office (PESO) request the provision of a printer for our recruitment room;
• Another printer for the use in the front desk for the printing of certificate, endorsement and recommendation letters;
• Printer cable (2) to connect other computers in the old existing printer;
• Additional keyboard for our recruitment room;
• Two (2) Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units for the computers that are not equipped with UPS units ;
• Eight (8) computer speakers for virtual engagements during online meetings and training sessions
