In compliance with the ICT Equipment Standards & Request Policy 2026, we respectfully seek your administrative approval and endorsement for the procurement and/or issuance of ICT equipment to support the operational requirements of Business Permit & License Office.

Most of our computer units were acquired in 2019, and their outdated hardware now slows down operations, causing workflow disruptions and lowering employee productivity. Replacing our current desktops and laptops is a strategic investment that will boost efficiency, reduce maintenance costs, and strengthen cybersecurity measures. Up-to-date systems will ensure compatibility with modern software, deliver improved performance, and support our long-term growth. Attached are the assessment reports for the units identified for replacement. Please note that the original request letter was included in my earlier submission, which has since been cancelled.
